Who we are
Anderson & Orchard is an education support and application coordination service. We are not a university, admissions authority or Student Finance England, and we cannot promise admission or funding.
What we collect and why
Your legal name, email address, mobile number, an identity document or immigration share code, your CV and proof of address. We use this to verify your identity and prepare your registration for review by our team.
Who can access it
You, and authorised Anderson & Orchard staff. Documents are stored privately and are never available through public links. Where appropriate and relevant to your application, information may be shared with education providers.
How long we keep it
Incomplete registrations retain a 30-day expiry target. Ongoing applications and information subject to an authorised retention hold are not deleted solely because 30 days have passed. The approved periods for completed applications and identity documents must be configured before real student information is collected. Expired eligible records are removed through the retention process, with private-file deletion tracked separately. Deletion records do not retain document contents.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how it is used. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Marketing
We only send news about courses and events if you choose to opt in. This is separate from processing your registration and you can change your mind at any time.
